How To Get Your 2 Month Old On A Good Sleep Schedule
So if you are looking for a two-month-old sleep schedule, this is the place to be. A lot of people think that when they are getting together their sleep schedule for their two-month-old and putting together their day, they think that their two-month-old isn’t really capable of sleeping through the night, but what we teach is that babies are typically sleeping through the night somewhere between seven to nine weeks, the majority of babies. This can be really hard for some people. They say no way, your baby can’t sleep through the night until like six months old, but I’m telling you that it’s possible. You can do it, you can achieve it, and really it all is due to that sleep schedule that we put you on, that daytime routine that we’ve put you on for your two-month-old.
What we do is we take you through the process of creating those healthy habits, getting those sleep crutches out of your life so that little boy, little girl, they can do it. They can sleep all the way through the night at two months old. If you need your two-month-old sleep schedule, this is the place to be. Go to our website. You can go to our homepage. 6 Month Old Sleep Schedule
Have a 6 month old? Get them on the right sleep schedule!
We’re going to talk about six-month-old sleep schedules. Now, can your six-month-old sleep through the night? Absolutely. Absolutely your six-month-old can sleep through the night. Do you have to wait any longer to sleep train? No. And another question is, do you have to wait until six months old to get your baby sleeping through the night, to do any sleep training? No, you don’t. So you can start earlier than six months. We actually start from day one getting our babies on a great routine, great daytime routine, starting those good healthy habits so that when they’re ready at about two months old, they will sleep through the night and it just happens. No sleep training necessary. So wouldn’t that be great? But if you find yourself at the point where your baby is six months old and you don’t know what kind of sleep schedule they should be on, well, this is the place to be. All right.
So, what we do is we dig into your life and put together a schedule that is optimal for you and for baby and typically a six month old can really be sleeping about four hours during the day, four plus hours during the day and 12 hours at night, 11 to 12 hours at night. So, wouldn’t that be fantastic if your six-month-old would sleep 11 to 12 hours at night and four hours during the day? That’s the kind of sleep that they need for healthy brain development, for the immune system, for learning, for dealing with their emotions during the day, because we know how fussy and cranky everybody gets when they are sleep-deprived, right? Well six-month-olds are no different. So what we do is we put you on a great schedule to get baby sleeping without those sleep crutches, they’re sleeping on their own without any help, without rocking and nursing and you don’t have to do that anymore. And that’s a lot of wear and tear on mom’s and dad’s bodies after a while.

2 Month Old Sleep
Want to get your 2 month old sleeping?
Hey. Greta from My Baby Can Sleep. We’re going to talk about two-month-old sleep. Should your two-month-old be sleeping through the night? Could they be sleeping through the night? This is huge myth that two-month-olds cannot sleep through the night or go to sleep by themselves, or you shouldn’t sleep train your two-month-old. There’s really nothing further from the truth. We have had tons and tons and tons of success, not only with our own six children, who have all been sleeping through the night by two months old, but also many, many, many of our students that have started this early.
What we teach is that we start from day one, from day one that you come home from the hospital that you put your baby on a health routine. You start with good habits, teaching your baby to sleep on their own from day one, and then when you get to that two-month mark, that seven to nine weeks when baby is really starting to extend their sleep, they’re able to sleep through the night on their own. So, wouldn’t that be fantastic?
If you haven’t started from the beginning, don’t worry. We can step right in at that two-month mark and take a few days or a couple weeks and get your baby sleeping very, very quickly through the night. There’s nothing too hard to undo. We see all sorts of things. We see babies that are up all throughout the night, sleeping in bed with mom and dad, nursing constantly throughout the night and the day, and we can take that schedule and turn it around, so that baby’s getting sufficient feedings during the day to sustain themselves throughout the night.
So, two-month-olds, can they sleep? Yes, your two-month-old can sleep through the night, and they can take great naps, and they can put themselves asleep during the day. Go to our website, mybabycansleep.com.
